2007 - 2008 Our 67th Season!

by Edward Taylor
Sept 28-29 Oct 5-6-7-12-13, 2007
A TV script-writing team is breaking up because one of them, a former accountant, is fed up with his
partner's drinking habits, and thinks he can do better on his own. The drunkard, however, provides
most of the ideas. He also knows about the accountant's shady past and threatens blackmail.
The accountant responds by arranging the perfect murder, then taking a trip with his wife. When he
returns he expects to find his partner's body and call the police with a perfect alibi. But what
he finds instead is very strange. When an inspector does investigate, it appears there may not
have been a murder; Or has there? A thriller with more twists than a corkscrew.

A New Musical Comedy Book, Lyrics, and Music by Robert Inman
March 7-8-9-14-15-16-21-22-28-29, 2008
Its 1914 in the Potter home which is also the doctor's office, a boarding house and the
telephone exchange. Life is pretty humdrum in a rural town, until a train carrying
Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show derails just outside town. Buffaloes and Indians roaming
the cornfields make the switchboard light up, and a cowboy with a nasty bump on his head
wanders to the house. As he recuperates, he turns life upside down for the Potter household.
Inman is a novelist and screenwriter and based his story on an actual Wild West Show
train wreck in NC. He fills his show with toe-tapping music and heartfelt lyrics. A NE Ohio premier. |

By Tim Kelly from book by Richard Hooker
June 6-7-13-14-15-27-28, 2008
Yes, it's the same cast of madcap characters you know and love from the movie and TV show. In this comedy, you'll find
them romping through a series of comic adventures in the Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) based in South
Korea during that 1950s war. It's all here: the hysterical schemes, the unpredictable surgeons, a little romance,
and the touching and dramatic moments. Each laugh-filled episode is threaded together with a storyline about the efforts --
or should we say, devious plots -- to get a young Korean boy to the United States for a good American education. |
